Today, there can be anywhere from 48 to 320 nozzles or “jets” on a print head located at the bottom of your inkjet cartridge. The print head and circuitry is on the cartridge, not in the printer. The major blades Doctor/Wiper/Recovery and Magnetic roller are replaced as necessary to insure that the cartridge will perform as new. Sealing by highly sophisticated machines to make the cartridges leak proof for perfect result. All cartridges are tested for print quality after production. The test prints are checked for defects and any defective component found during the test process will be replaced. For the best quality product, all critical components are replaced with new ones.
